Exhibit B <br /> <br /> Method of Assessment Spread <br /> Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 199~-1 <br /> <br />Section I - Definitions: <br /> <br />"Annual Maintenance Cost" shah mean rite annual cost of maintaining areas <br />of public improvements, including landscaping improvements and the <br />annual cost of administering the District, including the cost of City staff or <br />consultants to prepare annual budgets and assign annual levies to parcels <br />subject to assessment, the cost of County tax collection services, the cost of <br />preparing audited or unaudited financial reports, and any other cost incurred <br />in connection with the annual administration of the District. <br /> <br />"City" shall mean the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />"County" shall mean the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />"Commercial Parcel" shall mean any parcel zoned or otherwise approved by <br />the City for corranerciai development. <br /> <br />"District" shall mean the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District <br />No. 1995-1. <br /> <br />"Fiscal Year" shall mean the tax year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. <br /> <br />"Improvement Map" shall mean the map entitled "Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1, Areas of Public Improvement <br />Requiring Maintenance" marked as Exhibit A-3 and attached to Resolution <br />No. , a resolution of intention to form the Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 and provide for the use of the <br />alternative method for the levy of benefit assessments. <br /> <br />"Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan" shall mean the specific plan adopted by <br />the City by Resolution No. 12023 on July 27, 1993. <br /> <br />"Maximum Unit Yield" shall mean, for parcels 1 through 7 as identified in <br />Table 2 of the Lido Neighborhood Specific Pla~, the number of residential <br />units assigr~ed to each such parcel in such table, and for any successor parcels <br />or remainder lands resulting from the subdivision of any Parcel, the number <br />of units that would by assigned by following the methodology described in <br />Table 2 of the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan. <br /> <br /> B-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
