Irrigation systems will require <br />periodic maintenance. <br /> <br /> Daily maintenance will include litter removal and disposal of debris. <br /> <br /> Consumable supplies will include water, fertilizer, pesticides and <br />herbicides, annual and bi-annuai plant replacement according to season, <br />shrub and tree replacement as needed, soil additives, occasional pipe and <br />irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br />landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> <br />Area 13 (as shown on the attached map) <br /> <br /> Area 13 comprises approximately 2.44 acres immediately adjacent to the <br />San Francisco Bay along the eastern boundary of the Lido Neighborhood. <br />This area will entail no landscaping, but will require periodic trash removal <br />and disposal. <br /> <br />Area 14 (as shown on the attached map) <br /> <br /> Area 14 includes the north and south traffic circles of the Lido <br />Neighborhood. Each will each be comprised of approximately .07 acres of <br />landscaped shrubbery and/or annuals and assodated irrigation.
