The City will issue Consultant a Task Order to proceed for each specific assignment which <br />the City's Principal Planner or their designee shall assign to an appropriately experienced <br />planner. Consultant will notify the City who has been assigned to the project for <br />acceptance by the City. <br />City will pay Consultant on a time and materials basis a total not -to -exceed amount of <br />Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) for the completion of all the work and <br />Services. The positions listed in the Fee Schedule below will be used to calculate the <br />hourly billing for Services as reflected in Consultant's invoices. These positions would <br />work primarily on cost -recovery projects, whereby the costs associated with this contract <br />would be reimbursed by project applicants. For assignments that are not cost recovery, <br />Consultant shall produce a scope of work and budget to be associated with the <br />assignment, and shall receive written confirmation from the City prior to issuance of a <br />Task Order and commencement of work. <br />Work product prepared by Consultant will <br />designee.
