CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 4. Minor alterations to land <br />6.13. General Services Agreement with Star Elevator, Inc. for providing general and <br />preventative maintenance of elevators and lifts <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for general services with Star Elevator, Inc. for general and <br />preventative maintenance of elevators and lifts in an amount not to exceed <br />$70,000, and authorize the City Manager to extend the agreement for up to <br />three additional one-year terms, for a total contract amount not to exceed <br />$280,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. Agreement for on-call service to maintain a remote monitoring system for <br />wastewater stations <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />Agreement for Services with Telstar Instruments for on-call service to maintain <br />remote monitoring system for wastewater stations in an amount not -to -exceed <br />$210,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two <br />additional two-year terms, for a total not -to -exceed contract amount of <br />$1,114,919. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.
