The Contractor shall maintain a parts inventory and parts accessibility network stocked with exclusive quality replacement parts. The Contractor shall stock commonly used parts at the customer's job site, as well as in the service technician's mobile vehicle. F. Elevator Performance Requirements 1. Contractor shall maintain system performance, as per manufacturer's specifications. Should City inspect the system and find it not in conformance with the manufacturer's system performance specifications, Contractor shall make necessary adjustments to bring the equipment into conformance within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notification of deficiencies. 2. At the start of the Agreement, the Contractor shall provide to the Facilities Manager the following performance specifications for both the traction and hydraulic elevators: a. Contract speed b. Floor to floor time c. Door opening time d. Vertical acceleration and deceleration e. Leveling 3. Contractor will maintain a smooth, comfortable ride during acceleration, running and deceleration. Door operation will be smooth and quiet during all modes of operation. 4. Contractor is responsible for providing, as its own expense, all necessary tools and instruments to perform tests substantiating its ability to maintain all facets of the equipment. G. Wiring and Construction Prints All wiring and construction prints or diagrams of elevator systems in City buildings covered under this Agreement are the property of the City and upon termination of this Agreement shall be delivered to Facilities Manager. All changes in circuitry made by the Contractor shall be properly recorded on the diagrams, including the date of the change and the name of the person making the change. At any time changes are made, the Contractor shall give the City a copy of these revisions. H. Call -Backs Contractor shall provide unlimited call-back service at no additional cost to the City during regular working hours (Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Contractor shall also provide emergency call-back service outside regular working hours, including weekends and holidays, at the hourly labor rates specified in Section II Payment Terms. Contractor shall respond to City's service calls twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. 1. Contractor shall provide prompt service in the event of improper functioning of the elevators. In the event of an emergency call (a passenger entrapment or actual imminent physical or psychological damage to the user of the elevator), the Contractor shall respond within sixty (60) minutes of placement of the call by the City.
