The fiscal impact of the VMB/SC-YMCA project <br />and Master Project Agreement can be found in the Staff Report from the December 16, 2019 City Council <br />meeting via the link provided at the end of this report. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />At the December 16, 2019 meeting, the City Council adopted a resolution certifying the Final EIR, adopting <br />CEQA Findings, a Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program and Statement of Overriding Considerations. <br />The Draft Environmental Impact Report identified significant unavoidable impacts for Cultural Resources <br />and Recreation, due to the proposed demolition of an identified historic resource, the existing Senior <br />Center building. All other identified environmental impacts can be reduced to a less -than -significant level <br />with mitigation measures. The Final EIR including response to comment received during the public review <br />period and including the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1.
