Resolution designating 1800 Whipple Avenue a Redwood City Historic <br />Landmark and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement. The motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote. Mayor <br />Howard was absent. <br />7.13. Redwood City Historic Landmark Designation and a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for the property located at 891 Edgewood <br />Road (612) Reso (0118) 15812 <br />Council Member Aguirre has a conflict of interest that her residence is within <br />proximity of the subject address and is recused from participating in this item. <br />Council Member Aguirre left the dais for the duration of this item. <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer made a <br />presentation. <br />Vice Mayor Masur opened the Public Hearing.
