8.B. - Page 47 of 70 <br />Redwood City Broadway Streetcar/Urban Circulator Study <br />Summary Report <br />Land Use <br />A detailed study of existing and planned land uses in the <br />Project Study Area was conducted using county data and <br />aerial photographs. Selected findings are detailed here, and <br />the Project Study Area land uses are mapped in Figure 6. <br />Office uses are the most prominent existing land use <br />within the Project Study Area, occupying <br />approximately 15 percent of the land area. <br />Industrial uses account for 11 percent of land in the <br />Project Study Area and are generally located along <br />Broadway between Woodside Road and Douglas <br />Avenue. <br />Smith <br />Page 11 <br />590 <br />
