The proposed art installation is a wooden shipwreck measuring approximately 100 feet by 25 feet and will be erected on a concrete slab foundation at the site's lowest elevation. An ADA compliant ramp will allow access to the shipwreck's upper deck, located approximately eleven feet above ground. The ramp will be built within the slope of new earthwork engineered with gabion retention walls and will allow water to pass through and prevent erosion.
