Collaborator's Project Responsibilities: The Collaborator has the following project responsibilities as part of this MOU, assuming full - funding is obtained: I . Provide leadership and coordination for this collaborative initiative; 2. Attend and participate in Steering Committee meetings. I Coordinate meetings of the core community partners in our geographic area as needed to promote the goals of LIBRE, be the main point of contact between LIBRE and these organizations and follow up with the partners to collect data and reports for evaluation of the project. 4. Maintain the focus on the overall goals and key strategies as they are implemented in target communities 5. Take on Steering Committee tasks, which include helping to identify and apply for funding to meet the LIBRE budget, to support the success of the LIBRE initiative. 6. Monitor quality and consistency of service delivery. 7. Serve as planning and problem -solving group for the initiative. 8. Take responsibility for evaluation of the initiative and collecting and monitoring data. II! Disbursement of Contract Funds: LASSMC will disburse contract funds to the Collaborator upon receipt of this MOU by the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County fully executed by Collaborator and the Executive Director of Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County.
