EXHIBIT B <br />Work Duties, Skills and Abilities <br />I. Duties <br />Contractor's personnel shall perform one or more of the following services as directed by the Director: <br />• Type and proofread a variety of documents, including material of a confidential nature; <br />• Perform a wide variety of routine clerical work, including purchasing, filing, billing, checking <br />and recording information on records; <br />• Order office supplies; <br />• Submit expense claims; <br />• Act as a receptionist; <br />• Work with several departments insuring the timely processing of permits, applications or other <br />items; <br />• Receive permit or registration applications, verify accuracy and completeness of information, and <br />issue permits; <br />• Review application requests by phone; <br />• Accept complaints; <br />• Check reports, records, and other data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with <br />established standards; <br />• Maintain complex files; <br />• Assemble material and type financial or statistical statements; <br />• Monitor and maintain budget and purchasing accounts; <br />• Compile and tabulate data, and perform basic calculations; <br />• Independently compose correspondence related to responsibilities assigned; <br />• Research, compile and analyze data for special projects; and <br />• Collect and assemble data and background materials for a variety of reports. <br />II. Knowledge and Skills <br />Contractor shall provide personnel who have: <br />• Knowledge of English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; <br />• Knowledge of Office methods and equipment; and <br />• Experience following operations and procedures. <br />Contractor shall provide personnel who are able to: <br />• Perform a range of simple to difficult clerical work and arithmetical calculations with speed and <br />accuracy; <br />• Understand and follow procedures and operating details as assigned; <br />• Perform routine clerical work; <br />• Maintain records neatly and accurately; <br />• Establish and maintain effective work relationships; <br />• Perforin responsible and difficult secretarial work involving the use of independent judgment; and <br />• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. <br />REV: 10-04-19 EI <br />ATTYlAGR.2019.25811-113 Staffing Services (Page 10 of 14) <br />
