DES:djk 10/20/95 (RC-O01) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 10/30/95 <br /> <br /> R ESOLUT ION NO. 12623 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND YOUTH AND FAMILY <br /> ASSISTANCE IN COLLABORATION WITH OPPORTUNITIES <br /> INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER WEST (OICW) FOR REDWOOD <br /> CITY RESTAURANT PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement By and Among San Mateo <br />County Human Services Agency, City of Redwood City, Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency, and Youth and Family Assistance (YFA) in <br />Collaboration With Opportunities Industrialization Center West (OICW)", (formed <br />dated 13Sep95), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
