01/13/2020 <br />had been lost or stolen shall not be prosecuted for violation of subsection <br />(a). <br />Sec. 37A.4 - Penalty: <br />A violation of this section shall be subject to enforcement through civil penalties, as <br />provided herein. <br />(a) Civil Penalties.
