EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />On Thursday, December 19, 2019, Consultant will teach a three-hour class for Redwood <br />City Fire Department Captains covering topics including conflict resolution, leadership, <br />ethics/character, trust and accountability. The class will be interactive in nature and <br />involve lecture, discussion and questions and answers throughout the class. The class <br />will be videotaped, and the resulting video considered a Deliverable provided to the City <br />for future use in training other City staff. <br />On Thursday, December 19, 2019, Consultant will also consult with the Redwood City <br />Human Resources Department on recommendations regarding training for Redwood City <br />Fire Department personnel on topics relating to departmental leadership, organizational <br />change, unconscious biases, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communications. <br />On Friday, December 20, 2019, Consultant will consult with the Redwood City Fire <br />Department Command Staff on departmental leadership, organizational change, conflict <br />resolution and communications. <br />Consultant will be paid a one-time payment upon completion of all services described <br />above. <br />REV: 12-13-19 RL <br />ATN/AGR.2019.314/Dr. Kimberly Miller (Page 10 of 10) <br />
