SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE 1. Scope of Work Contractor will furnish all materials and labor necessary to carry out following change orders to the original scope of the Agreement: • Change Order 1: Cover 2 hood with new corian, cover 2 radius tops with new corian, and new section of counter; and • Change Order 2: Recover 2 sheetrock walls with plastic laminate. Contractor will generate future change orders on an as -needed basis, at the request of the City. 2. Payment Terms The total services provided by Contractor through the term of the Amendment shall be for an amount not to exceed $60,000. Contractor shall provide the services outlined in Change Order Nos. 1 and 2 for a combined flat fee of $41,105. City shall pay Contractor on a per task basis, not to exceed $18,895 for additional change orders that may be necessary prior to the completion of the work.
