Result in removal of the 400 -word written statement by the candidate that <br />committed the violation from the City's website, unless a fee is paid and the <br />statement relocated in accordance with Section 2.154(D). <br />2.155 SEVERABILITY: <br />Each section and provision of this article shall be considered severable and the invalidity <br />of any section or provision of this article shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any <br />other section or provision.
