Update Utility Account Collections and Service Discontinuation Policy to <br />comply with SB 998 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending Resolution No. 14840 to repeal those provisions <br />regarding notices to and discontinuation of delinquent utility service accounts, <br />adopting the Utility Delinquent Accounts Collection and Service Discontinuation <br />Policy, and authorizing the City Manager to administer and make changes to the <br />policy. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
