The City bills commercial customers every month and residential customers
every other month (60 -day cycle) for utility services. Each billing period represents, as closely as possible,
one month's service for commercial accounts and two months' service for residential accounts, except for
new services which may have been connected during the billing period.
The utility bills display current utility service charges and include any past due amounts from the
customer's previous unpaid balance. If a customer relocates to a new location in Redwood City, the
previous account balances, if any, are transferred to the new account.
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
5
