Hometown Holidays awards <br />Awards were presented to Woodside High School Marching Band and Mexico <br />Vivo <br />4.13. Informational report on recently concluded Manzanita Talks organized by <br />Joint Venture Silicon Valleys <br />Russell Hancock of Joint Venture Silicon Valley and Nancy Shepherd of Manzanita <br />Works gave the report. <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Mary Bernier <br />• Steven Drace <br />• Dan Slanker <br />6.
