STAFF REPORTS <br />8.A. Adoption of updated Strategic Plan (205) MO 20-008 <br />The City Council Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee made a presentation. Council <br />Member Aguirre introduced the item and was joined by Vice Mayor Masur and <br />Council Member Hale. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, adopt updated Strategic Plan proposed by the City Council Strategic <br />Plan Ad Hoc Committee. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Hale, to approve the updated Strategic Plan <br />proposed by the City Council Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee with a friendly <br />amendment by Councilmember Bain to separate Public Safety and Aesthetics <br />into two categories. The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />8.13.
