REV: 05-08-24 LF Exhibit “A” FEE SCHEDULE I. PAYMENT TERMS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Payment Terms Consultant shall provide the services under the Agreement on a time and materials basis for a total amount not to exceed $465,830. Fees will be billed per the billing rate schedule delineated below. Item Cost* SCADA/HMI/PLC Computer Programmer $178.23 / hour CA Journeyman Electrician / Controls Specialist (PW Determination 2019-2) $184.86 / hour Senior ISA Certified Instrument/Controls Technician $150.65 / hour Controls Systems Engineer $184.60 / hour Truck/Tools/Standard Test Equipment $196.27 / day Material Mark-up 15% above cost Travel Time Rate $147.47 / hour *Notes: •Consultant shall not charge for travel time for the first 30 miles from port to port, of each service call. Each responding person shall charge travel time at the travel time rate for any mileage over 30 miles from each responding person’s location at the time of the service call dispatch. •Consultant shall bill 1.5 times the applicable hourly rate (overtime rate) for: work in excess of eight hours Monday-Friday; and work on Saturdays up to eight hours. Consultant shall bill 2 times the applicable hourly rate (double- time rate) for: work in excess of twelve hours Monday-Friday; work in excess of eight hours on Saturdays; and work on Sundays. •Service calls carry a four-hour minimum per person, time over four hours is charged as an eight-hour minimum, and time over eight hours is charged based on actual hours worked. Rates are valid through January 22, 2025. Any adjustment of rates will require a written amendment executed by both parties. B. Liquidated Damages Time is of the essence for each and every provision of this Agreement.
