City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz reported the following: <br />• City Hall administrative offices will be closed from December 23 through <br />January 1 <br />• Pedestrian undercrossing project at Hwy 101 and Bair Island is underway <br />• The City Council Strategic Plan Update and the Broadway Streetcar and <br />Transit Study will be presented at the January 13, 2020 City Council meeting. <br />10. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Bain, to adjourn the meeting passes unanimously <br />by voice vote.
