CALL TO ORDER— Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilmember Aguirre led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Mia Bey <br />• Beth Mostovoy <br />• Irene Bryant <br />• Laurel Bergman <br />• Jimmy Hedges <br />• Jodi Paley <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved in one motion. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Borgens, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />S.A. Final Acceptance — 2017-2018 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project (304) <br />MO 19-220 <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept, by motion, the 2017-2018 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project, <br />authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
