INSTALLATION OF MAYOR <br />Mayor Bain called for a motion to install Vice Mayor Howard as Mayor. Motion and <br />second by Councilmembers Aguirre and Borgens passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />8. INSTALLATION OF VICE MAYOR <br />Incoming Mayor Howard called for a motion to install Councilmember Masur as Vice <br />Mayor. Motion and second by Councilmembers Aguirre and Hale passes unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br />9.
