By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />improvement agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape <br />maintenance agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; and <br />4.
