Direct staff to develop a resource plan to support a community visioning <br />process to develop a new land use vision for Central Redwood City, with an <br />initial emphasis on rail and transportation planning; and <br />2. Direct staff to schedule future City Council consideration of creation of a <br />Transit Sub -District; and <br />3. Direct staff to develop criteria for the City Council to consider in evaluating <br />pending General Plan Amendment Initiation requests between February and <br />April 2020. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEC,A) <br />Motion and second, Howard and Borgens, to adopt staff recommendations to <br />develop a resource plan to support a community visioning process to develop a <br />new land use vision for Central Redwood City, with an initial emphasis on rail <br />and transportation planning; to schedule future City Council consideration of <br />creation of a Transit Sub -District; and to develop criteria for the City Council to <br />consider in evaluating pending General Plan Amendment Initiation requests <br />between February and April 2020.
