Services agreement for the provision of gasoline and diesel fuel for City <br />operations (304) MO 19-200 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for services with Bosco Oil, Inc. DBA Valley Oil Company (Valley Oil <br />Company) for the provision of gasoline and diesel fuel in an amount not to <br />exceed $750,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for <br />three additional consecutive one-year terms for a total not to exceed contract <br />price of $3,000,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D.
