The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />8.B. Adoption of Reach Codes, and amendments to the Fire and Building Codes, <br />waive first reading and introduce ordinance adopting fire and building codes <br />by reference and ordinance amendments <br />(305) MO 19-204 and RES (103) 15801 <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer <br />introduced the item and made a presentation. Rafael Reyes, Peninsula Clean <br />Energy Director of Energy Programs, made a presentation addressing Reach <br />Codes. <br />Public Comment: <br />• Carol Cross <br />• W.L.
