01/27/2020 <br />2. Resolution 14840 is hereby amended to repeal paragraph 2 regarding a <br />schedule for sending reminder notices to and discontinuation of delinquent utility service <br />accounts. All other provisions of Resolution 14840 will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. The City Council hereby adopts the City of Redwood City Utility Delinquent <br />Accounts Collection and Service Discontinuation Policy, attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to administer and make changes to <br />the Policy to implement its requirements, address subsequent changes in state law, and <br />fulfill the policies of the City Council. <br />5.
