01/27/2020 <br />B. Community Benefits. Below are a list of potential community benefits that are eligible for <br />the community benefits program. See separate resolution for definitions and associated point <br />values. <br />1. Housing. <br />2. Affordable Housing. <br />3. Child Care Facilities. <br />4. Active Uses. <br />5. Publicly Accessible Open Space. <br />6. Shared / Connected Parking. <br />7. Live/Work Units. <br />8. New Streets or Pathways. <br />9. Business Fayade Improvements. <br />10. Neighborhood Improvements. <br />11. Non -Profit Commercial Space. <br />12. Community Facilities or Services. <br />C. Other Community Benefits. In addition to the items listed above, the City may consider <br />alternative community benefit options that meet the community's visions and goals. These <br />will be evaluated based on community needs and priorities. <br />55.5 Design Regulations. <br />A. Building Orientation and Entrances. <br />1. Nonresidential Entrances. Street -facing primary entrances shall be unlocked and <br />accessible to the public during business hours. Entries shall be clearly defined features of <br />front fagades, and of a scale that is in proportion to the size of the building and number <br />of units being accessed; larger buildings shall have a more prominent building entrance, <br />while maintaining a pedestrian scale. <br />2. Transitional Space at Residential Entries. New residential buildings shall provide <br />transitional spaces in the form of stoops, overhangs, and porches between public areas <br />fronting the primary street and entrances.
