This Council hereby approves and authorizes the <br />Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and to attest, <br />respectively, that certain Amendment entitled "First <br />Amendment of Disposition and Development Agreement for the <br />Mezes Plaza Project" on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br />such execution to bind the City to the limited extent set <br />forth in the DDA and the Amendment thereto. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
