The <br />buildings are: <br />• NFL Alumni Association <br />• Kings Swim Academy —Two Buildings plus Pool Area <br />• Senior Center Annex <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 1 — Hazardous Materials Suivev <br />A survey for asbestos, lead, universal wastes (UW), and polychlorinated bipheynls (PCBs) will be <br />performed. The hazardous materials survey will be performed in adherence with applicable <br />federal, state and local regulations. Vista will visually inspect all accessible structural, <br />architectural and mechanical systems for the presence of these materials. <br />a. Vista's asbestos assessment will include the collection of up to 225 bulk samples. <br />Samples will be submitted to an accredited laboratory for analysis by Polarized Light <br />Microscopy with a 3 day turnaround time. In addition, to assist in minimizing <br />potential hazardous waste streams for asbestos, up to ten 400 point count samples <br />may be analyzed, as necessary. <br />2984 Teagarden Street.
