Mayor Howard is recused from voting on Item 6G due to a conflict of interest that she <br />sits on the YMCA Board. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Borgens, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar, excluding Item 6G, passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Vice Mayor Masur called for a motion and second, Reddy and Hale, to approve Item <br />6G.
