Public Comment <br />• Isabella Chu <br />• Jeremy5mith <br />• Adina Levin <br />At 10:55 p.m., motion and second by Masur and Borgens to continue the <br />meeting until 11:30 p.m. passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />At 11:25 p.m., motion and second by Reddy and Masur to continue the <br />meeting until 11:45 p.m. passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive the Redwood City Transit Center Redesign and Broadway Streetcar <br />Feasibility Studies and direct staff to: <br />1. Incorporate findings in the Central Redwood City Visioning Initiative and <br />development of the Sequoia Station Transit District Plan; and <br />2. Explore grant funding and support from Caltrain and the San Mateo County <br />Transit District to implement relatively short-term improvements to the Transit <br />Center. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Masur and Bain, to accept staff's recommendations <br />passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />B.C. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance adding City Code Chapter 2, <br />Article X, relating to campaign contribution limits and voluntary expenditure <br />limits (305) <br />MO 20-009 <br />Due to the late hour, the Council agreed to continue this item to the next City <br />Council meeting. <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance adding City Code Chapter 2, <br />Article X, relating to campaign contribution limits and voluntary expenditure <br />limits as proposed by the City Council Governance Sub -Committee. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
