AECOM will also prepare one draft and a final Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP). In addition, draft Findings and a Statement of Overriding Considerations will be prepared for use by the City. AECOM will attend up to three public hearings for certification of the EIR (see Task 6). If the City Council certifies the EIR and approves the proposed project, AECOM will assist the City in preparation of a Notice of Determination for the City's use. The budget for this task is based on up to 35 discrete comments that require a response. Additional comments beyond this level may warrant a change to this scope and budget. It is anticipated that the applicant will pay any required CEQA filing fees associated with the project. Deliverables: • Draft Response to Comments document: electronic copy in MSWord format. • Screencheck Final Focused EIR: electronic copy of document in pdf. • Final Focused EIR (for public distribution): 2 color hard copies and 1 CD-ROM with electronic copy of document in pdf. • Draft and Final Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program: 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy. • Draft Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations: 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy. • Attendance at up to three public meetings for EIR certification (see Task 6). • Draft and Final Notice of Determination: 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy.
