6.E. - Page 63 of 70 <br />Consultant fee includes 40 hours to respond to public comments that relate to transportation <br />issues. However, the magnitude of the response to comments effort will not be known until all <br />comments are received and compiled; therefore, consultant may need a budget amendment if the <br />magnitude or complexity of comments exceeds this level of effort. <br />Task 12 — Meetings <br />Consultant will prepare for and attend up to four in-person meetings or public <br />hearings with City staff and/or the project team. Consultant is available to attend <br />additional meetings or public hearings if requested on a time -and -materials basis. <br />SCHEDULE AND FEE <br />Consultant agrees that the fee for this scope of work is $160,000. This budget is based <br />the number of study intersections and the range of approaches that may be required <br />for developing new cumulative forecasts.
