City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz reported on a recent SAMTrans progress <br />report meeting, an update on the building permit application for Hallmark <br />House apartments, and an emergency purchase of heating & air conditioning <br />units at Sandpiper Community Center. <br />11. ADJOURNMENT <br />Councilmember Bain read a brief biography in memory of Douglas Karlson. <br />Motion and second, Masur and Bain, to adjourn in memory of Doug Karlson passes <br />unanimously by voice vote.
