Currently, Howland Street is two-way stop -controlled and Warren Street is uncontrolled. <br />Resident concerns are related to right-of-way conflicts at the intersection and the difficulty pedestrians <br />and bicyclists have crossing Warren Street at Howland Street during peak hours. After receiving these <br />concerns, staff evaluated the intersection conditions for all -way stop control according to local and state <br />standards. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The intersection of Warren Street and Howland Street is adjacent to an entrance of Mezes Park, a location <br />that generates high pedestrian activity.
