EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work/ Tasks <br />Use of Government Transparency Suite which is the live in -meeting function. Allows the <br />streaming of an event, pushing of documents, indexing of an event and creation of minutes.. <br />Use of Granicus Encoding Appliance Software (GT). Includes the LiveManager Software solution <br />where webcasts are started/stopped, agendas amended and indexed, votes and attendance recorded <br />and minutes created <br />Use of Open Platform, which allows access to MediaManager, upload of archives, ability to post <br />agendas/documents and index of archives. These are published and accessible through a searchable <br />view page. <br />2. Amount and Method of Payment <br />A.
