Funds encumbered may not be used for a <br />modified scope of work after a project is awarded unless approved by the Statewide <br />LRSP Coordinator prior to performing work. <br />ADMINISTERING AGENCY agrees to the program delivery and reporting requirements. <br />The study and the LRSP must be completed within thirty-six (36) months of the funding <br />allocation.
