Turkey Trot~ <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Valentine: <br /> <br />The City Council on XXXX, 1995, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br />Pacific Athletic Club's "Fourth Annual P.A.C. Turkey Trot" in Redwood City, subject to <br />and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. (Resolution #XXXXX) <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the Pacific Athletic Club (hereinafter called <br />"Permittee") to conduct the "Fourth Annual P.A.C. Turkey Trot". <br /> <br />This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The "Fourth Annual P.A.C. Turkey Trot" shall be sponsored and <br /> conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be in Redwood Shores. The course <br /> will consist of Redwood Shores Parkway, Shell Parkway, Marine Parkway, Lagoon <br /> Drive and Twin Dolphin Drive. See attached map. <br /> <br /> 5. Date and Time: The "Fourth Annual P.A.C. Turkey Trot" shall be conducted on <br /> Sunday, November 19, 1995, from 6:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., including setup and <br /> cleanup. The course will be completely cleared by 11:00 A.M. <br /> <br /> 6. Course Control: Those portions of the "Fourth Annual P.A.C. Turkey Trot" taking <br /> place in the public right of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that <br /> area designated by the Chief of Police. The permittee will provide volunteers to <br /> monitor and control the course, and to staff water and first-aid stations. <br /> <br /> <br />
