The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the term <br />of this Amendment No. 6 will be One Hundred and Thirty -Three Thousand, Five <br />Hundred and Forty -Five dollars ($133,545). Additional information technology <br />services provided by City will be invoiced to and paid by SVCW on an hourly basis <br />as set forth in Section 3.b. <br />a. City's Financial Services. SVCW shall pay City Eighty -Seven Thousand, <br />Nine Hundred and Fifty -Nine Dollars ($87,959) for the financial <br />services listed on Exhibit "A". This rate increase as compared to the <br />immediate prior year is based on the actual costs of City to provide these <br />services to SVCW. <br />b. City's Information Technology. SVCW shall pay City Forty Thousand, <br />Eight Hundred and Fifty dollars ($40,850) for the information <br />technology services described in Exhibit "A" based on an estimated 250 <br />hours at the rate of One Hundred Sixty -Three Dollars and Forty <br />Cents ($163.40) per hour (the "IT Base Internal Rate") for the services <br />listed on Exhibit "A." SVCW shall pay City for additional information <br />technology services provided beyond 250 hours at the same base <br />internal rate of One Hundred Sixty -Three Dollars and Forty Cents <br />($163.40) per hour, to be invoiced during July 2020. Unused invoiced <br />hours above 225 (90% of the agreed estimated number of hours) will be <br />refunded during July 2020 at the base internal rate of One Hundred <br />Sixty -Three Dollars and Forty Cents ($163.40) per hour. <br />c. Computer Technology H os t i n g Services. SVCW shall pay Four <br />Thousand, Seven Hundred, and Thirty -Six Dollars ($4,736) for computer <br />technology hosting services. Services include daily backups, remote <br />access, server and financial system patches and upgrades, and anti- <br />virus protection. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
