INTRODUCTION <br />The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide cold water <br />meter procurement services to the Public Works Services Department. All necessary fuel, equipment, <br />materials, insurances, and personnel should be included in the proposal. <br />Copies of this Request for Proposal are available online at http://www.redwoodcity.org/business/bids- <br />proposals. All addenda related to this procurement will be posted online to the City's website. <br />SECTION II.
