Prices remain firm for the first term after award <br />of contract to Successful Proposer. <br />If the unit price and the total amount named by a Proposer for any item do not agree, it will be assumed <br />that the error was made in computing the total amount and the unit price alone will be considered as <br />representing the Proposer's intention. <br />All proposal items, including lump sums, unit prices, and additive alternates, must be filled in completely. <br />Quote in numerals only, unless words are specifically requested: <br />Proposers are instructed to complete the following tables for each type of meter they choose to bid <br />for. Not all tables are required to be completed, and Proposers may choose to bid only specific sizes or <br />types of meters in each table. However, incomplete rows in each table will not be considered. If needed <br />a Proposer may create a copy of a table in order to bid more than one model for each size or type of <br />meter, however, the Proposer may not create additional rows and/or add sizes not already listed in <br />each table. If the same table is used more than once the Proposer shall distinctly name each table (i.e. <br />Table 1a, Table 1b, etc.).
