Accept an update on the FY 2019-20 budget and provide direction on the recommended approach for <br />development of the FY 2020-21 budget; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the City's Classification and Salary Plan to reinstate the Assistant to the <br />City Manager classification; <br />3. By motion, approve staff position reclassifications; <br />4. By motion, establish June 22, 2020 as the date on which the City Manager shall submit a proposed <br />budget to the City Council; and <br />5.
