-- 0 R I G I N A L 9/25/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12603 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT GRANTING <br /> A NON-EXCLUSIVE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF <br /> RADIO REPEATERS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br /> (METRICOM, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Metricom, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, wishes to install and <br />maintain radio repeaters on certain street light poles and traffic signal structures <br />located within the public right of way within the limits of the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under California law, the City of Redwood City may regulate <br />the location and the manner of construction, installation, and maintenance of <br />radio repeaters in the public right-of-way within the limits of the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> That certain permit agreement entitled "Non-Exclusive Permit Agreement <br />Between the City of Redwood City and Metricom, Inc.," (form dated 9/21/95), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Metricom, Inc., granting authorization to Metricom, Inc., for the <br />installation, maintenance, and repair of radio repeaters within the public right-of- <br />way, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
