DES :djk ~9/08/95 (017/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R~ G I N A L 9/~8/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12601 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS <br /> MASTER PLAN <br /> <br /> (FEHR & PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a traffic study <br />in order to understand the traffic impacts of the proposed <br />Electronic Arts construction of an office complex at the <br />northeast corner of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive <br />in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional transportation consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. of Lafayette, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br /> required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br /> Consulting Services - Traffic Impact Study for Electronic Arts <br /> Master Plan" (form dated 09/08/95), by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. of Lafayette, California, for <br /> the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
