RAB:rg 08/21/95 (055/40) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L ~/28/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12599 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF AN URBAN <br /> GUNSHOT SITE LOCATION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (TRILON TECHNOLOGY, LLC) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the <br />Development and Testing of an Urban Gunshot Site Location <br />System," by and between Trilon Technoloby, LLC, and the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />for the purpose of testing an Urban Gunfire Locator System, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
