CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C. Parcel map and associated agreements for the development at 1180 Main by <br />Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the parcel pap for the development at 1180 Main; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision <br />improvement agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape <br />maintenance agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater <br />treatment measures maintenance agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, <br />LLC; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a shared <br />parking covenant with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an affordable <br />housing impact fee agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC and HIP <br />Housing Development Corporation; and <br />7. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an affordable <br />housing regulatory agreement and declaration of restrictive covenants with HIP <br />Housing Development Corporation. <br />CEQA: <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />6.D. Vacation of easements, dedication of easements, and approval of associated <br />agreements for the development at 353 Main Street by 353 Main Street <br />Apartments LP <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution summarily vacating a public utility easement located on <br />the property at 353 Main Street; <br />2. By motion, approve a public utility easement, and authorize the City Manager <br />to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify <br />its content as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />3. By motion, approve an emergency vehicle access easement, and authorize <br />the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement <br />deed and to modify its content as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />improvement agreement with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />5.
