Adopt a resolution summarily vacating a public utility easement located on the property at 353 Main <br />Street; <br />2. By motion, approve a public utility easement, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Certificate <br />of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify its content as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />3. By motion, approve an emergency vehicle access easement, and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify its content as necessary to receive the <br />signed deed; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with 353 <br />Main Street Apartments LP; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />7. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a parking covenant with 353 Main Street <br />Apartments LP; and <br />8.
